Not the one in 2017 that we’re doing but my own personal treadmill one. As I’d done 10 miles the other day I thought I might as well go the extra 5K and do the half. It was fairly easy though I only had a small water bottle so was rewarding myself with a sip every mile after the first 4 miles which was fine but my last mile I was very thirsty!
All done had lunch later and walked 4 miles to the outlet and supermarket for beer so a good toned down workout too.
Off for a meal at California Grill now so mucho food ahoy.
