I’m 65 years old and did my first marathon in 2015 in early June. I’m running more and more now and this is a journal of my journey to better running, better nutrition, better training and better recovery. I’m was aiming on 52 marathons in 2017 but currently at 19 due to injury from Feb to May. All better now and plodding along towards 100 marathons and a 100 miler in March 2018 then I might aim for 52 on 52 weeks. It’s all about the training.
